On behalf of myself and my team, I want to wish you and your family a very happy, healthy holiday season.  Many people reflect on the year that has past and may decide to make their health a priority in 2011.  A gift of health is a great idea if you have a family member or friend that has made that decision for 2011.  Enclose is a Gift Certificate that they can use towards an examination and report that can make their 2011 the healthiest year ever.  The Gift Certificate will expire on Jan. 31, 2011, so don't hesitate.

We are also enclosing Your Ticket to "100 Healthy Years" our new educational program that begins in Jan.  If you have parents, grandparents or great grandparents who lived into their 80's, 90's or even over 100, you will not want to miss this very important and relevant workshop.
